“Beginnings in Photography are always related to special moments, raw moments. My beginning with photography was 1995 at the age 12 when I used to go with my father to his fishing trips on the Red Sea, dreaming of those moments after coming back from each trip made it so difficult for me to differentiate between my dreams and what was real, That’s why I decided to save my 20$ birthday money to buy a Kodak 110 camera for the next trip to document the whole experience, and all the feelings attached to it, to say to myself that it was not a dream, it was real.” Nour El Refai
